Girl in the Garden Notebook Cover

White Owl refillable journals come with a 6x8 lined paper hardcover notebook with 192 pages and bookmarker ribbons. The journal cover is 100% full-grain vegetable tanned leather engraved and dyed by hand and includes a soft fabric interior lining. 

The Girl in the Garden design was inspired by a friend's open request for a journal of my design. This is what came about. The background is dyed an antique mahogany and the engravings are colored carefully by hand in black and gold.

I use an engraving technique inspired by traditional leathercrafting keeping the integrity of "hand-crafted" in the modern era.
